Todd at Hunterworks is really a far better authority on clutches than I am. Give him a call and ask questions when you order the puller. You "may" be able to reach between the sheaves and try to rotate the bearing that the belt rides on when not engaged to see if it is free.

That is why they could not find a fit. Call them and ask it they have a 90's sportsman clutch puller. Suspect it will fit. I may not agree with what you said, but will defend your right to say it.
